Partner Client Experience
Monk Development allows the Reseller to create a total solution for their clients so there is no confusion from multiple companies and names. Our goal is provide your clients with a seamless experience. We do this through:
1. Reseller Branded Backend - Monk Development's CMS backend can be customized to the look-and-feel of the Reseller. The colors, graphics, and logos in the header all can be customized for the Reseller. The Client's user experienceis determined by their login information, the URL they came from and the permissions they have in the CMS. Resellers can have multiple customized CMS backend designs, if that is needed.
2. Custom URL -Resellers can register a unique URL with Monk Development which will be the login screen for clients. Clients will see this URL throughout the user experience in the backend. [This URL cannot be a subdomain because of the way DNSservices works.]
